In traditional real estate you can go one of two ways. Be a  real estate broker who builds a business on personal service and one-on-one relationships, or be a broker who uses digital technology with all the apps, social media and online tools to find and service clients. They can be two very different philosophies and approaches. But why not twist it up and get the best of both?

At Kitch, we employ the latest tools technology has to offer, while never losing the good old-fashion principles of amazing, personal service. By doing this, we build strong and close relationships with our clients.  Yet also give them access to customized apps & software which makes the home buying process more streamlined and efficient. Plus by employing the latest techniques in social media, design and marketing, we sell homes faster and for more money. Ca-Ching!

Kitch-2

Kitch is short for kitchen. The center of the home. The place we go to socialize, to create, to be nurtured and nourished. We wanted to infuse that sense of energy, familiarity and comfort into our company from day one, so the name stuck.

With this in mind, we set out to create a company which follows 3 simple principles. FUN, PERSONAL & SAVVY .

Fun.

Let’s face it, buying or selling a home can be a long and pretty stressful process. So why not try to have a little fun along the way? We’ve found that approaching things with a positive attitude and making sure all details are handled efficiently and effectively, really helps clients stay more relaxed and happier. We go the extra mile to bring to some brightness to their day, and what would normally be a bit stressful can actually be a bit fun!

Personal.

Though we use technology to our advantage, we know nothing can replace one-on-one personal service. Taking the time to get to know our clients as people helps us to understand not only what their needs are, but what is really motivating those needs. Each client is as individual as the the home they are buying or selling, so cookie cutter systems don’t work. It takes time, it takes trust and it takes personal attention. We know that, and we practice it everyday.

Savvy.

To be effective brokers we have to be on the ball, smart and plugged in. That means being both tech savvy and business savvy.  With almost 20 years of experience between our owners, millions per year in sales and many happy clients, we know what we’re doing. And we’re exactly the kind of agents you’ll want in your corner.
