A little about me.

If there is a crowd of people talking, laughing and having a great time, you’ll usually find Lucia in the middle of it all. As a self proclaimed “Social Butterfly”, she thrives on seeing others happy and is fueled by joy and laughter.

Because of this, she believes that the key to being an excellent broker is to really build an honest relationship with your clients. Get to know them, care about them and try to make them smile. She believes that when you put the clients’ needs at the top of your list and treat them like you would any true friend – trust is built, walls come down and things get accomplished.

Her clients obviously agree with her philosophy and have given her a ringing endorsement by making her a top agent with over 10 million in sales, 3 years in a row. 90% of it being referral and repeat business.

Although she has earned a Master’s degree in Advertising , speaks 3 languages and is the owner of Kitch Realty, Lucia still feels her greatest accomplishment so far is raising her spunky and funny little boy, Owen. He too, spends his days looking for ways to make people smile, and the only thought that runs through her head when she sees him hamming it up is, “Ah, the torch is being passed on, and oh how bright it’s going to shine!”
